It does not matter how slowly you go, so long as you do not stop

Something that many people, myself included, often forget is that small consistent gains are much more effective than infrequent large gains.

It’s one of the key things I remind myself when trying to improve elements of my character that I don’t like.

I guess it could also be likened to Warren Buffet’s love of compound interest – something that he often attributes to his success in investing. Eg small consistent gains over a couple of decades and you’ve got quite the fortune.
